1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameBid.gg (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

GameBid.gg is a dynamic digital leaderboard where users can pay to rank their game links. Rankings are entirely dependent on the total financial bid associated with a URL.

  • Volatility: Rankings are volatile. If you secure the #1 spot, another user can outbid you at any moment, dropping your rank.
  • No Traffic Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific number of clicks, impressions, sales, or SEO benefits from your placement on the leaderboard.
  • No-Follow Links: All outbound links on GameBid.gg use the rel="nofollow" attribute to comply with search engine guidelines regarding paid placements.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Refund Policy (Strictly No Refunds)

Due to the immediate, digital, and competitive nature of the leaderboard, all bids and payments are strictly non-refundable.

Once a payment is processed, the bid is permanently attached to the submitted URL, and the leaderboard is immediately updated. We cannot reverse the placement or refund the transaction, even if your rank drops immediately after your purchase due to a competing bid.

5. User Submissions and Ownership

By submitting a URL to GameBid.gg, you warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to promote the submitted game or application.
  • The content of the linked page does not contain illegal, explicit, or malicious material.

We reserve the right to remove any URL from the leaderboard without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that it violates these terms, links to malware, or is otherwise inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GameBid.gg, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
